Join us for CLASS – the Classroom Academy for Student Supports a dynamic program created in partnership by the Urban League of Greater Madison and three local school districts: Madison Metropolitan School District, Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District, and DeForest Area School District.

This exciting, hands-on academy is designed for individuals passionate about working in youth education, especially those interested in becoming Special Education Assistants (SEAs). Over the course of four weeks, you’ll gain the practical tools, professional insight, and confidence needed to thrive in student support roles across our communities.

You’ll sharpen your resume, prepare for interviews, build strong communication skills, and learn to navigate classroom challenges with confidence. Plus, you’ll earn your CPR certification — a valuable asset for any school-based professional.
