Many lenders and loan programs require homebuyer education to qualify for financial assistance. Completing this course may help you access grants, lower down payment options, and more affordable loan programs.

✅ 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
To receive a certificate, participants must attend all three sessions and complete a one-hour counseling appointment with a ULGM HUD-Certified Housing Counselor.
