The Urban League of Greater Madison (ULGM) and Madison College are partnering to bring How to Manage Your Business to The Hub. This practical, two-session course is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to better understand their finances, improve profitability, and build systems that support long-term business success.

This crash course will help you:

✔ Read and understand key financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
✔ Use financial information to make informed business decisions
✔ Develop pricing strategies that support profitability
✔ Manage cash flow throughout the year
✔ Create simple systems for managing clients, invoicing, and payments
✔ Track business performance and identify potential issues before they become major challenges

BONUS: Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion from Madison College.
