Training Program Begins October 20, 2025
Launch your future in the banking industry with this free, hands-on training program designed to prepare participants for entry-level careers with local financial institutions.

Employer Connections – Meet recruiters and leaders from Summit Credit Union, BMO, Lake Ridge Bank, and Heartland Credit Union
Career Preparation – Build your resume, practice interviews, and strengthen your professional communication skills
Banking Insights – Learn customer service, sales skills, and what a “day in the life” looks like in different banking roles
Practical Tools – Develop your elevator pitch, complete job applications, and prepare for success in your first 90 days of employment
Guaranteed Interviews – With successful completion of the program, participants receive an interview with our employer partners

Program Schedule:
Start Date: Monday, October 20, 2025
End Date: Thursday, November 13, 2025 (Graduation)
Class Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Thursday

Week 1: Program kick-off, employer introductions, resume development
Week 2: Elevator pitch practice, resume finalization, job applications
Week 3: Interview skills, small and large group practice, mock interviews
Week 4: Conflict management, customer service and sales skills, Success in First 90 Days

Graduation & Final Employer Interviews
