Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic

Proud to be collaborating again with this distinguished group of partners to host another vaccine clinic on July 6.

For those who attended the June 15 clinic, please remember to come back on July 6 between 2 and 5 PM for your second dose, and PLEASE CONSIDER BRINGING AN UNVACCINATED FRIEND!!

Are you unsure about the vaccine? Stop by ULGM on the 6th and talk with a community health advocate from the African American Health Network, the African American Opioid Coalition, and other health equity experts.

Just like last time:
• Walk-ins welcome
• No ID required
• No insurance required
• 12 years and older
• Do not need to be an SSM Health patient
