Vendor Applications Now Open for 4th Annual Holiday Black Bazaar at The Black Business Hub

Applications accepted through Nov. 13; community invited to save the date for Dec. 19 holiday marketplace

MADISON, Wis. – The Madison Black Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Madison, is now accepting vendor applications for the 4th Annual Holiday Black Bazaar, returning to the ULGM Black Business Hub, 2352 S. Park Street in Madison, on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026. Vendor applications will be accepted until Friday, Nov. 13.

Presented by the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Madison, the Holiday Black Bazaar celebrates Black and Brown entrepreneurship, creativity and community while connecting local businesses with holiday shoppers. This year’s marketplace will be open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

“The Holiday Black Bazaar is about creating a space where our entrepreneurs can be seen, supported and celebrated,” said Camille Carter, President & CEO of the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce. “We want shoppers to discover businesses they may not have encountered before, find unique gifts for the people on their holiday lists and know that their dollars are making a meaningful investment in local small businesses and our community.”

Businesses interested in participating are encouraged to apply by the Nov. 13 deadline. Organizers are seeking a diverse mix of vendors, with a particular emphasis on creating a strong holiday shopping experience featuring local products, gifts and food.

“The Black Business Hub was built to create opportunity and help entrepreneurs grow, so there is no better partner than the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce and no better place to bring our community together than the Black Business Hub,” said Dr. Ruben Anthony, President and CEO of the Urban League of Greater Madison. “We want people to come ready to shop, discover great local businesses and enjoy a festive day at The Hub with their families. Supporting these businesses during the holiday season helps strengthen the broader ecosystem of entrepreneurship and economic opportunity in our community.”

In addition to holiday shopping, organizers are planning entertainment and other family-friendly activities to make the Bazaar a festive community destination. Additional event details and programming will be announced as the event approaches.

Vendor Applications

Businesses interested in vending at the Holiday Black Bazaar must submit an application by Friday, Nov. 13. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
